I called Matthew at Bedford flooring (the owner). Said My name and had a question he slammed the phone. Wouldn't pick up the next time I called. Does he not want business or is he out of business?

If you're looking for a hardwood floor installer, I highly recommend Matthew Beford and Beford Flooring. 208.283.1602. http://www.befordflooring.com/ After spinning our wheels for months, getting a bunch of unreasonable quotes from people who just ghosted and/or tried to talk us into something we didn't want (the pre-engineered stuff), Matt was a breath of fresh air. When I found him (from a recommendation on Nextdoor), he came right over, quoted exactly what we wanted with no push-back (solid 3 ¼" red oak, sand & finish, throughout, natural finish), put us on his schedule
