Superior air worked and conspired with our home warranty company (2-10 home warranty company) to insure that our claim on an electrical problem on my evaporative cooler. We know this because Superiors representative said that Superior gets nothing for their service call,Not one dime from 2-10! Now honestly! Who does that unless their job is to present evidence to the claims agent so that they, 2-10, refused to cover the problem! Neither company is worth doing business with but they will gladly take your money! I call it conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.

I worked with Todd the owner installing my furnace, my a.c., and a water heater. He's a great guy with attention to detail and years of experience. He didn't mind the many questions I asked and was super kind. I have been dissapionted and ripped off so many times with so called professionals doing work at my house. I'm an ex marine and I expect perfection and honesty. I got that with Todd the owner. He does an excellent job,

This is a very professional company. I called Todd the owner to make an appointment last week and he told me that he could fit me in today Tuesday, June 2 after I got off work so I wouldn't have to take any more time off. He was extremely prompt and completed the job in under an hour. I would absolutely hire this company to do work in the future
