Great service and were able to fit me in when we had no heat. We will be switching to Puyallup Heating and Air from this point going forward as our previous company was non responsive in an emergency and the techs were not nearly as knowledgeable as Jason!

I was getting an error on my thermostat so I called to schedule service. I have a maintenance plan and this was not covered. ??? The technician did a great job and discovered the problem and would get the part ordered. I was expecting at minimum a phone call back with update. Over a week goes by, my bad I should have followed up sooner. When I called the person was like I was just getting ready to call you. They have to special order the part and they are not sure how long it will take. Okay understandable but he came across like he already knew this so I was left feeling that he could have called

Puyallup Heating and Air quoted competitively and then installed all of our A/C & Heating requirements with a large dedicated team. Subsequent follow ups and question have been responded quickly and Jason their maintenance engineer attended yesterday to check on system as we are having renovations, and was polite, very knowledgeable, and friendly.

I was blown away from the professionalism from Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning. The service department scheduler was extremely nice and helpful. He was able to squeeze me in the following day after my initial call. I was pretty sure I knew what the issue was and he gave me a reasonable quote right over the phone. The repairman arrived earlier than expected. I received a text message stating he was on his way and I was able to follow along on a map as he got closer to my house so I knew exactly what time he'd arrive. The repairman that came to the house was able to get my issue fixed in less

On the initial sales call Brian gave us all the information we needed to make our decision. On installation day the crew arrived on time, ready to work, and did an excellent job.
They gave us a complete walk-through of the system so we’d understand how it worked and our future maintenance needs.

From the moment we received a bid until the installation of a new heat pump and furnace was completed, we were kept informed of installation, the crew arrived on time, and were professional. We are warmer, more comfortable in the house, and the air quality is 1000% improved. No doubt summer will be perfectly cool in the house, too.
