Mike, Steve and the team at Rainier Heating & Cooling blew away my expectations when shopping for an AC unit for my AC ready home. Mike and Steve showed up for an estimate on time and answered all my questions. The quote they sent was fair but being they were the first ones I waited to get 3 others before making my decision. Steve was very patient with me as I continued to ask questions regarding two AC options I was considering. In the end I chose them for my AC installation.

Our heating system shut down and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. It was late on Friday when I reached out to Mike, the owner. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, Mike immediately scheduled on of his guys to come out to the house. The issue was resolved by Justin, who knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix the problem. In addition to fixing the issue, he helped with a programming issue, and made sure everything else was working. The owner and the tech both acted professionally and with a sense of urgency. I highly recommend this company.

From making the initial appt to getting the estimate thru installing a new heat pump, everyone at Rainier Heating was fantastic. Steve and Mike graciously and patiently answered any and all questions that I had. Our installer Jeremy and his crew, Jonathan and Devin, did a fantastic job and were very respectful about everything. Can't say enough good things about this company. We had a problem with our heat pump. I spoke with Mike on a Saturday and Thomas was at our house Monday. They were both very helpful and professional. Thomas explained everything in terms we understood. With all the crazy heat we have been having, it was nice to have a quick response. I called one of the big name competitors before I called Rainier Heating, they said they couldn’t get anyone out until mid-September. I’m glad they were not available. I would highly recommend Rainier Heating.

As many of you trying to get an AC right now have found out, it’s hard as hell to get a quote and takes forever to get it installed. Rainier Heating & Cooling were quick to give me a quote and actually installed it sooner than we initially agreed. Thanks to everyone that I worked with for being awesome. They also give military discounts and are military owned.

***AMAZING SERVICE*** We had THE BEST experience! Thomas was our tech and he was so knowledgeable. He took the time to show us and explain everything and answered all the questions we had (we asked a ton of questions). We had some other companies come look at our system and Rainer Heating and Cooling was by far the most professional and honest. I would recommend them to anyone that has a system that needs to be looked at. Thanks Thomas for all your help!

Mike (Owner) and the whole Rainier Heating & Cooling team was amazing from the start. We shopped around quite a bit for an A/C and Rainier came in at such a great value for the high quality equipment they offer. The install techs were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and put a lot of pride in their work. Mike was very communicative the whole time and made sure that everything from A-to-Z was done correctly. 10/10 would recommend Rainier for any HVAC job you need done.
