From a leaky faucet to an emergency repair, water heaters to well pumps, we stand ready to perform all your plumbing repairs with quality work, done right the first time, and at reasonable prices. At Jim Beyer Plumbing and Heating, we are committed to performing the highest quality installations and repairs for our clients, and to providing results that meet applicable regulations and code requirements.

Over the years, many clients have asked us whether we are licensed plumbers. In the towns that we serve, a plumbing license is not required or even available. That means, even if we wanted to become licensed in your town, we could not because the town does not have a process by which we can become licensed.

This is very important to you as a consumer. Unfortunately, anyone can buy a few tools, a vehicle, and some business cards, and call himself a plumber. In towns without a licensing process, residents are at risk that they may hire a plumber who has none of the experience or knowledge to properly repair the complex systems that move water into your home or business, and wastewater out.
Services
You know, plumbers don't have the best reputation. I'm sure you have a story about dirty footprints on your new carpet, a drip that wasn't fixed properly, a whopping bill for a seemingly simple repair, or a plumber that left you waiting all day and never showed up. As in all businesses and professions, we have some bad apples.
I have some hints and tips for you to save money and even to avoid having to hire me! A dripping tap is more than just an annoying sound, it can waste up to 15 gallons of water every day, and add $100.00 to your yearly water bill. Make sure you turn your taps all the way off. If your taps continue to leak, please see the Plumbing Repairs section below.
