I called the company spoke with Anthony told him I have a leak as my water bill was sky high. He tells me he is a "leak detection company" as well as offering plumbing services and will be here the next day to find out where the leak is coming from. A plumber arrives the next day with NO leak detection equipment whatsoever says he is just a plumber and has no idea how to find the leak. Very frustrating. Of course, no services were done and no payments were made but now I am still left with a leak somewhere in my home or outside of my home and need to find another company ASAP!!

I recently had an active leak coming from my toilet. I called All Good Plumbers and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. They scheduled an inspection the same day, and I was lucky to have the issue resolved quickly. They were professional and as a woman, I felt comfortable and well respected. We had a hot water heater not working they had a plumber come out he was looking at the water heater and had water pouring out like out of a faucet! The plumber went out to his truck for half an hour left me to deal with the water he came back in I asked what he was going to do about the water he said he would cap it. He told me he did and it stopped and he left I checked it was still coming out I ran after him told him he had to come back and fix it! Now we had to pay $1,300 to a company to come out for the water damage and the plumbers won't pay for it because they aren't responsible
