I came to my winter home and found I had no hot water pressure. So I called the name on the water heater. I got voice mail left them (2) messages and several emails with zero response. I then seen Cleary plumbing ad. I gave them a call and they were responsive and even came before the schedule d time as being without hot water I was open to any openings. Cleary Plumbing was very responsive and notified me when Jordan was on the way, also sent appointment reminders. Jordan called when she was on the way, she did a great job with the faucet installations and left the bathroom cleaner than it was when she arrived! A great experience all the way around. The service technician Garrett did a great job installing the replacement hot water heater. Cleary Plumbing installed our old water heater about 5 years ago, so this install was covered under the manufactures warranty.
Garrett worked quietly, constantly and efficiently. He never stopped working until he presented us with the invoice. He kept his work area clean and safe....we hardly even knew he was here working. Garrett was certainly a 'squared away' technician.

I will try to make a very long story short, Cleary installed an air handler in the house I purchased in April. My house stayed at 78 degrees or worse until October. 5 service calls, one $69 service charge, and 6 months of $300-$450 electric bills later, they determined that they never replaced the receiver dryer (which I paid for) and left the blower on the high setting causing the a/c to not cool properly and the excessive electric usage. I spent several hours with their technicians that insisted it was my duct work, asking them to troubleshoot in different ways, all to find out it definitely

I needed a new water heater for a condo. I had a good experience throughout the process from my initial estimate to the final install. The technicians were both very knowledgeable and professional. Dave communicated what I needed at the initial estimate and gave me different options for solutions at different price points. Andy came out twice this week, once to install a new faucet and put in new hot and cold water valves, and the second time to perform our annual water heater flush and perform annual whole house inspection. As usual, very prompt, very professional, and very efficient. Explained everything in detail. Gave estimates for jobs to be performed in future. We are very satisfied with Cleary. Good quality and responsive Lake Worth plumbing company. Called for a broken sewer at noon on Wednesday, got the intelligent crew (Captain Yucky and Justin) on site the same day (!!) with the repair done and extra new pipes laid on Monday. Not common these days when it takes weeks with others just to get a quote. Impressed and highly recommend.
