Our friend recommended Chip at Potty Doctor to replace our hot water heater. I’m so glad I followed the recommendation! The entire team at Potty Doctor is very professional and friendly. We are a new business in Downtown Lake Worth and they made our build out experience very easy and stress free. We had a very complex project and they spent many hours and patience thinking of all the things that we would need to do. They were even present on the day we had training on our equipment to make sure that they covered all bases and that everything worked more than perfectly. They have also done multiple residential job's for us and we have always been very happy with their service.

Based on reviews and a couple of calls we chose to go with this plumbing service.
They were friendly over the phone and were able to schedule someone to come the next day.
Joe arrived at the beginning of our estimated time frame. We were called when he was on the way. It turns out we needed a new faucet and he gave us price options and once we decided it was fixed in a timely manner. All together it was about an hour and a half. He was very professional and friendly.
Hopefully we are all good on plumbing for a while but, if a situation were to come up we would absolutely chose them next time

This is a great local business. Potty Doctor came out to a client's house for me to fix a toilet that was having an issue. They were extremely polite and professional. They changed their schedule to get out there same day, and fixed the problem for a good price. I highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issue.

ONLY CALL POTTY DOCTOR! They have repeatedly proved to be honest and reliable. We're a commercial bar and had a disaster having another service come and completely butcher a job, and then want to charge us more to fix it. We called Potty Doctor to come and they fixed everything for WAY cheaper than the other company's original price. Now just today I had a simple but emergency leak in a urinal handle, Potty Doctor just couldn't get someone there right away and we're open to the public so I had to call someone else, they quoted me $700+! I said no way and luckily Potty Doctor called me back that
