Buying a house, we're in the inspection period. Scheduled a sewer line scope with video of the new house. Technician showed up early and scoped the line before anyone was there. We received a video without sound of the sewer line, but the technician seemed to be trying to break their personal record for how fast they can scope a drain. This is the third sewer line I've had scoped in the last year and generally, the video will show the condition of the pipe, the technician will explain what they're seeing and offer recommendations. This experience was not that at all. I will definitely be using

This was a big job, replacing and lining sewer pipes .It required removing and replacing a slab, digging 4 foot deep holes in several locations. The workmen were all courteous and professional. And a huge bonus...they left absolutely NO debris. It actually looks better than it did before the work was done.
I highly recommend using their services.

James and co-worker provided excellent service! I had a few issues with my toilet - not filling up, not flushing, etc. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. I recently had a leak from my shower drain onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. It was a complicated situation with a number of potential insurance companies involved. One agency gave me a quote that seemed to be a bit of an insurance chasing quote - $1800 for the job. Luckily, Mario from Southern Arizona Plumbing was able to take a look at it, find the simplest way to fix it and do the job within four hours for $400. He was honest, thorough, respectful and ABSOLUTELY saved the day.

I need my water line replace from the water meter to my house. The had the best price and did what they told me they would do. JW (Justin ) was great. His helper Nathan was very helpful. When they were done you could not tell it was ever done. They had to tear up the concrete and you would never know it was torn up. Great job guys. I would recommend them.

Just bought a condo and the inspection revealed some plumbing work was necessary: water heater, toilets, and a leak in one bathroom sink. I contacted three top-rated plumbing firms on Yelp to provide estimates. Only Southern Arizona Plumbing was willing to send someone out to actually look at the unit--everyone else would only do it virtually.

Had them install a whole home pressure regulator and a water heater, as well as fix an underground leak on the main water line coming in the house. Prices were good. Better price and better service than a competing company that shares its name with a local university mascot. Fixed underground leak quickly and I can't even tell where they dug. It literally looks better than before they fixed it.

I had a serious leak at water turn off valve next to house. It was the original from the 1970’s, so with age and amount of calcification, the person who does most of my repairs didn’t want to touch it. Southern Arizona Plumbing sent a skilled plumber out the next day.
Rufus to the rescue! He was on time, exceedingly polite, and knew just what was needed to solve the problem. He replaced the old turn-off valve with a ridiculously expensive ball valve, and I expect the problem to be solved for many years. (The price of the ball valve was not his fault.) I would happily recommend him.

Sadly my house's drain lines and some water pipes are failing from age and poor original construction techniques. Over the past few months we have had Southern Arizona Plumbing out doing repairs. They have stood behind their work and did not stop until everything was perfect. They have done the extra step of cleaning up well, and even built a new bottom for the kitchen sink cabinet because the old one was moldy from a leak. I do sort of miss having a heated bedroom floor because the hot water line was leaking under the slab but I do like that my water bill is normal again.

Called in. Called back in a hour.
Apt set next week. Not urgent. I need to run a camera down my 40 feet of sewer line to see if I am still getting roots.
I have been doing a Monthly treatment of one Gallon of bleach. To inhibit tree roots .
And 60 days ago I did the expanding foam.
Due again in March @ 120 days.
But I have to know now if I am on the right track.
Otherwise I have to save $ , to have my line sleeved to seal it. $6 k. More or less
Warranty for 50 years. Beyond my lifetime.
We ll see.
I ll know next week for a C note. Worth it !

This outfit is the best! We had an over holiday total sewer back-up. Don Baumgardt and his crew worked for 2 and a half days on what turned to to be a bear of a job. They were on-time, courteous, thorough, and explained what they were doing and various cost options at every step of the way. I want to give a shout out to Jake at Southern Arizona Plumbing, and Justin, his assistant. They recently completed a re-pipe for a client of mine and they did the best job on it that I've ever seen. I've project managed several condo repipes and usually the plumbers make it look like the place was ransacked. That was not the case with Jake and Justin. The house was pristine and I was there when they did the video walk through with the city for the permit sign off. The inspector also complimented them on a job well done. Too bad SAP you don't know what good customer service is, or you're WAY to busy to even care! My Choice Home Warranty service assigned you to a simple plumbing issue I was having with a bathroom sink. Got a call from you the day before amending the time window to 2pm - 4pm the next day. Waited until the last hour expired and did not receive a phone call or seeing anyone showing up. Called your office and was told someone would call back. Waited another 45 minutes and decided to call as your office was closing at 5pm. Got an answering service. They said someone would call, and I replied

Not sure I can say enough about this company and its people. I had a very expensive water line break and this company DELIVERED. From the initial call I knew I had the right company on the job. Tim came out the same day to assess the situation and made arrangements for temporary water service to get us through the repair process. If you're looking for reliable and great service you need to give them a call. We recently have an issue with a clean out and gave them a call. Aaron R came out and quickly determined what the issue and was able to get if fixed at a reasonable price. It's tough to find great service with great customer service but you can find it here.

Mike and Jimmy came to our house to replace a portion of a sewer line that had root issues. As this was the result of a home inspection as we had sold the house, we were not overly pleased to have them there. Secondly, in doing the sewer line replacement, they discovered a septic tank (that the sewer line ran into) that was not on the county records and had not records of ever being inspected. Needless-to-say, this was a very stressful event. That said, Mike and Jimmy from Southern Arizona Plumbing were fantastic. They were very professional during the day and one-half they spent in our back yard

I am very pleased with Southern Az plumbing. We bought a fixer upper 2 years ago. That being said we have had plumbing issues. Over time they have replaced old cracked terracotta pipes outside, relined pipes under house. Installed a water softner system. We just had VWW finish our 2 bath & kitchen remodel. Apparently because the configuration of the new pipes the contractor put in and debris we had clogged pipes and couldnt shower because water would not drain. (Contractors plumber no longer worked for them & contractor didnt really care) Justin came in and tried plumbing out the clog

I bought a home in August of 2017. Between that time and Summer of 2018, I worked with Southern Arizona Plumbing in relation to plumbing concerns. My realtor coordinated the plumbing scope in conjunction with the home inspection, which Southern Arizona Plumbing performed and submitted. My wife and i wanted to install a tankless hot water heater. Southern Arizona was to lowest of four bids. They came in at the appointed time, were neat, and completed most of the job the first day. The water to the house was turned off for only two hours. They came back the next day and finished within the first hour. They were neat, cleaned up the mess and worked the first day all day without a break. We are very satisfied with the work they did, the time it took, and the price.
