Services
The PG&E Multifamily Cooling Optimizer Program provides Free HVAC upgrades to eligible multifamily buildings in California's Central Valley to improve the performance and energy efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems. Western Heating & Cooling will provide up to a total of 1 lb of refrigerant per eligible unit per property at no cost.
The PG&E Comfortable Home Rebates Program provides incentives for HVAC maintenance and upgrades to eligible single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes to improve the performance and energy efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems. An HVAC system diagnostic and condenser coil cleaning to determine eligible and recommended incentives for maintenance and upgrades through the program.

Western Heating and Cooling's technician performed an evaluation of my HVAC system performance today including the unit itself, the main air return and the temperature output of floor ducts both near and far from the HVAC unit. I greatly appreciated his time spent answering questions and in general leaving me confident that the HVAC unit will last well into the future.
