A year later and I'm having all kinds of issues with my ac that JM installed.
I recently had another AC company take a look at why my coils outside were freezing. After looking at the unit and going up to the attic as well they determine that JM did a faulty install on the coils and ductwork. Essentially my coils outside we're freezing which meant that I had a leak or had low Freon. I had both issues. The new company installed a guy to help seal it however we believe that the hole in the coil is too big to seal because it's still freezing. The new AC company went up to inspect

I understand business like this get busy and that certain times a year is really hard to find someone just to check an A/C unit.
What I cannot understand is why a person in this business makes a very open appointment " I'll be there Thursday or Friday" and not only never shows up but he didn't even had the courtesy to call and let us know that he would not be coming at all? Why? so rude.
It was already the weekend so we have no choice but to wait until Monday. Monday I call them again, and they promised to show up at noon to finally check and repair the A/C.

JM Heating and Air Conditioning was dispatched by my home warranty company to diagnose and fix my non working A/C. It stopped working during a heat wave with temperatures above 100 degrees.
Initially the A/C would not turn on. I put a stick down the unit to turn the fan blade and it started up. I knew something was wrong still because I shouldn't have to give my fan a kick start.

After dealing with another AC repair guy who didn't have appointments for another month and were frustrating to deal with in the first place (because we were using our home warranty), we were introduced to JM Heating by our warranty provider. Jamie is super responsive to phone calls during and after work hours; my phone never went to a voicemail during the 3 times I spoke to him. Jaime came out, evaluated the issues and provided recommendations and an estimate to fix the issues. The repair costs were fair and ultimately saved us thousands from having to buy a new unit.

We were referred to JM Heating by our home warranty company to fix our 1st floor heater. After much thought we decided to replace: upstairs/downstairs heater and add: AC upstairs. Jaime worked with us and the price for all 3 units were very reasonable.
Jaime is great to work with very responsive! He along with his team are extremely friendly and professional. All 3 unit were installed within a weeks time.

We were assigned JM Heating And Air Conditioning by our home warranty to fix our air conditioner. Based on our past experience with our air conditioner, we knew it was not cooling. JM and Team replaced our central air unit in Pleasanton and did a great job! Every time I called with a question or scheduling detail someone was there to pick up my call or call me back in minutes.
These guys are technically sound, personable and extremely professional. They explained everything in detail and the pricing was excellent.

One word AMAZING! Had an issue with my air conditioning 4 days ago.. ordered the part & came & fixed right away. After calling other company's they couldn't not come out for @ least two weeks.. IN THIS HEAT!! NO WAY! My husband is so hard to please. It all worked my husband was so pleased!! We will definately recommend to jaime to anybody!

Heard hissing sounds from a/c unit and fan wasn't spinning the night before. Called JM Heating & Air Conditioning the next day and air conditioning was working normal. They ran their checks and capacitor might need replacement. They agreed I could hold off on that and turns out they offer annual a/c inspection services. Other companies scheduled us 1-2 weeks out but Jaime was very accommodating and professional.

Our home in Hayward that we recently purchased had an Air Condition unit malfunctioned. Great that was the last thing we needed after putting up all our savings towards our house. Our 33 year old furnace decided to die after a huge storm. We initially thought it was just the pilot light, but it ended up the igniter needed to be replaced.
