I wish I could put 10 stars. Air flow to one of the rooms in my 3-year-old home had stopped, and the builder was long gone. I reached out to a friend who owns rental properties for a referral, and he sent me to All About Air. I was fully prepared for an expensive ductwork repair. I reached out to All About Air today about installing a whole house fan. I left a message and Christine called me back several hours later to let me know that while they do install whole house fans, she recommended that I reach out to a QuietCool whole house fan dealer directly to better installation pricing.

This review is specifically targeting the lady who answers the phone and schedules appointments. The actual technicians whom I have never met are not involved. Here is the reason for this review. In the last heat waive my AC died. I found an add in the Mercury News and decided to give the company a try. This was in Mid September. She claims that her "boys" do not work on weekends which is unusual in this industry. She claims that she is completely booked for a solid month. I'm in the electrical service industry and I strive daily to teach my technicians how to act just like Josh, Christopher, and Warren. They did a phenomenal job today representing their company. Although they were busy and their schedule tied them up (as anyone would assume with this heat) they showed up with haste and great attitudes. Today we just had air conditioning installed in our home here in Oakland. We had our heater guys install it. We are very happy with the results. Warren and his crew did an excellent job. I found these guys through Yelp and they had the best price overall from the 4 different companies I called. We moved into a new house and needed to replace one of our wall heaters and clean the other one. Warren and his assistant were very thorough and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Warren was also very knowledgeable about the homes in Hayward, so he knew exactly what to do. Thanks for a great job, guys! We wouldn't hesitate to hire them in the future.

Every once in awhile you come across a company that will bend over backwards for their customers! This is one of them. If your having issues with your A/C or Heating if I were you? I would give these guys a call. We were in the middle of having our backyard redone with paver stones. However the 6 workers had to stop because of an old A/C unit the needed to be uninstalled then reinstalled. The A/C unit base needed to be raised, so we called in a licensed professional to uninstall then reinstall the unit. We called set up an appointment. with HVAC companies when my central heating was not working last year and so I was leery when my air conditioning was not working when I turned it on yesterday. I called a few companies and made a couple of appointments and settled on Jason of All About Air. You just know that this guy knows what he is doing. He went to the side yard where the AC unit was and fixed the problem in a few minutes and his price was very reasonable. Give this guy a try. You won't be disappointed!

We recently replaced our 44 year old air conditioning & furnace system with a new 3 ton unit.
All About Air is an authorized dealer for Day & Night systems.
Jason Matye's quote was competitive and upon confirming our order on Tuesday the installation was scheduled for Thursday.
He and his team completed the installation within a few hours. We have been using the new equipment for 3 weeks and are very happy with the installaton of our new unit.

After a fairly thorough search of HVAC shops in the Alameda county area, I chose All About Air to replace a 50+ year old furnace in my house. I found the value of their service unsurpassed by any other bids I'd received. Shrewd business practices, but unethical. Should have known better when first question they asked is property address. After short discussion choose not to use them or atleast make other calls. Much to my shock and total surprise get a call from

Had a new heating and cooling system installed over the weekend. Everything went great. They showed up on time and took care of everything like they said they would.

All About Air replaced my mother in laws heating system last year. It was done very efficiently with explanations given to her on what they were doing and then devoted hours to help her understand how to work the system. Jason went out himself when ever she forgot how to turn off the heat or the fan. I would highly recommend ALL ABOUT AIR if you need heating or air condition systems.
