BCE provides years of expertise, design and manufacturing epoxy feedthroughs, standard and custom electric heating elements, ceramic metallization, thick film elements, and laser drilling services.

The application involved using environmentally friendly electric heat replacing a gas burner type system. The engineering request was to conform to a direct replacement 3 stainless tubing while utilizing BCE's Mini Clean Flow In-line design. With the existing chip shortage, an atomic layer deposition (ALD) application up to 360 C was the focus of the latest BCE Vacuum Heater Chuck.

I've been doing business with Belilove Company-Engineers for three years now and I am impressed with their broad experience in designing custom thermal systems (electric heating elements) and vacuum feedthroughs. As a former heater and control specialist, BCE's background in designing high tech heating solutions for OEMs and R&D applications impresses me.
