Should you repair or replace your air conditioner, heat pump, furnace or boiler? When something breaks down, it's tempting to go the quick route and pay for repairs to get it up and running again. That quick-fix may seem the least expensive route now, but it may not offer the most value in the long run.
A heating system replaces heat that is lost through the shell of your house. How much energy your heating system requires to replace that lost heat depends on four factors: where the house is located (in colder places, the house will lose more heat); how big the house is; the energy efficiency of the house; and how energy efficient the heating system is.
Duct pressure testing (or "duct leakage testing") measures the amount of leakage in a duct system and air handler. At Eco Three, we primarily use this test in new construction homes to ensure the system meets Energy Code requirements. Before the test, we cover all registers/vents then attach our duct testing fan and manometer to a central return.
A thorough tune-up should include the following: A comprehensive cleaning of the condenser coils. Doing so increases efficiency (which directly impacts energy costs) and can reduce the wear and tear on your system. Evaluation of the coolant level to help maintain peak operating performance. Seasonal furnace maintenance is essential to make sure your standard or high-efficiency gas furnace is running efficiently and safely.

I made a appt with this company over a week ago to get a est for a new heater in my rental. George made the appt for July 10th,2021
Between 9am and 11:00am. I sat there for 2 hours waiting for him so I called him at 11:00 and he answered the phone and said he couldn’t located were he made the appt. and if I wanted he could come in a hour or so. I told him forget it I will call another company. How unprofessional. My time is just as important.
