The Flooring & Cabinet Store was founded in 1991 by Richard and Jo Hazouri, along with their son Rick. In 2014, Richard and Jo's daughter and son-in-law assumed ownership and operation of the company. They expanded the focus of the company beyond carpet to include hard surfaces (wood, tile & LVP/LVT).
For 26 years, the store operated out of the Westside of Jacksonville but relocated to Mandarin in 2017. When they opened the new showroom, they expanded their product lines to include cabinets and countertops. The Flooring & Cabinet Store remains a locally owned, family business.
We service all of Northeast Florida's First Coast including Jacksonville and all of Duval County; Saint Augustine, Ponte Vedra, and all of Saint Johns County; Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, and all of Clay County; Fernandina Beach, Yulee, and all of Nassau County; and Macclenny and all of Baker County.

We have used The Flooring and Cabinet Store when we first moved to FL to remodel the kitchen and replace the flooring in our home. When we moved 5 years later, we contacted them again for the same services. We got bids from larger companies, but and ran back here. You can expect to receive personalized service with attention to every last detail. They have excellent customer service, well after the job is done. The pricing is very competitive with professional installers. They arrive on time and clean up each day. We can't give enough compliments about their services or staff.

Dave and Tom are amazing; out of all the people I have had in my house during this horrible experience they have been the most consistent, hardworking, positive, kind and friendly it was such a pleasure having them around. They tiled 8.5 rooms and worked over Christmas and New Years and the weekends to complete my home. I felt completely safe and comfortable whilst they where in my house. It so hard to find good, honest, and hardworking people. I wish they could do everything i need to rebuild my house..

We have had both bathrooms remodeled this year and could not be more pleased with the results of The Flooring and Cabinet Store's work. BJ and Lydia were a great team and worked really hard to accommodate the additional customization we wanted in our projects. Pictures cannot really capture the amazing results. Additionally, we had all bedroom carpets replaced and love the feel between our toes!

We are extremely pleased with our floors. Every one of the staff members at this flooring store, the owner (Steve), and their installers (Junior & his crew) were extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. The floors came out beautiful, and were done extremely quickly. We went with the luxury vinyl plank and couldn't be happier with the way the inside of our home looks now. We are equally as impressed by the level of customer service received throughout this experience, and would confidently recommend them.
