Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Set up a time and date to get an estimate to do hardwood flooring, waited but no one shows up. Called again and set up time for next day, I was given confirmation that Felipe will show up. I texted him directly also to confirm the appointment. Waited no show again. Highly unprofessional. Will not recommend this business.

Stop your search for a hardwood specialist, you have found the company! Felipe and his crew are top notch. Fair priced, will really explain to you what needs to be done, how to do it right, what would be more cost/long term effective. We had alot that needed to be done: ripping out old carpet to install new hardwood that would match our old, install new hardwood in a kitchen remodel with no flooring, buffing out our old hardwood floor, and fixing a stain problem. They went above and beyond, even upgrading the fixes to be done beyond what we paid for because Felipe believes in honoring his quote

We just had our bedroom floor sanded and stained to match our existing living room Brazilian Cherry floor. Also, the carpeted pine stairs were extracted and redone with oak hardwood treads stained to match the floor. Lastly, the stair railings were removed and sanded to match the existing Brazilian Cherry floor. The work done by Felipe and his team was outstanding and completely transformed our foyer entryway and bedroom with upgraded elegance. Furniture was moved, open pathways were covered with plastic sheeting to reduce and mitigate sanding dusk and no debris was left behind at the completion

Felipe and team was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! From beginning to end Felipe went over and beyond to ensure I had the best floors with a great experience. He also renovated my staircase, removed the wood spindles and replaced with wrought iron, new treads, and stained. Very knowledgeable and professional in all he did! He was extremely prompt, and executed the job seamlessly. He assisted me with selecting a stain that would be the best option for my home and I was extremely pleased with the finished look of my floors. I would recommend that you contact Felipe if you need of hardwood flooring. He and his crew did an amazing job on my entire home. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet, and installed hardwood flooring throughout. I went with solid wood, so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My downstairs already had hardwood, so it required them to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run

I love the work the All Around Wood Floors did for us. They initially said it will take 2 - 3 days but finished it in a day and probably another 2 hours on the second day! We are very happy with our newly refinished wood floors. All Around Wood Floors was recommended to us by Zerorez of Atlanta. Felipe Melendez and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They arrived early Saturday and within 10 hours transformed our 19 year old blah floors into something beautiful! Hiding under the old finish was gorgeous wood grain and plenty of character!! I will recommend All Around Wood Floors to friends, family and anyone else!

They came by to give us an estimate and asked if we would like the wooden spindles on our stairs replaced with metal ones and stain the rails the same as the new floors. We loved the idea and it was needed. They did a great job and everything looks amazing. I appreciate that they waited a day after the work was completed to collect payment. This allowed us to inspect their work and make notes of small imperfections that they were happy to fix. I definitely recommend

My wife first deal with the All around wood floors LLC for refinishing and I just show up on the second day after they started the job. His team was about to finish their job. Mr. Felipe treated me very friendly and lesson attentively what I was expected. Honestly, my wife already told him enough and she simply wanted to bring me to the discussion. unbelievable, less than three days the job was completed and it looks brand new.
