Our reports are used by many to assess a new purchase or refinancing of existing commercial and industrial buildings. The alternative to the hot tar built-up roofing system, this type of roof is installed with an open flame from a propane torch. One roll will cover 100 square feet and weighs between 90 to 105 pounds per roll. The material is made with an asphalt modifier and a polyester scrim which keeps the membrane flexible.
Step 1: Your roof is cleaned using a power blower to properly adhere new roofing materials. All open cracks are located throughout the entire roof and corrected by using hot rubber patches, applying fiberglass membrane between 2 applications of rubberized roof cement, or using adhesive roof tape. The method is based upon the severity of the cracks and the current roofing material being utilized.

Sergio and his son did a wonderful job on our home in San Leandro! They removed the original wooden and asphalt roof shingles and replaced it with new sheathing, air vents, shingles, down spouts and gutters in less than 1 weeks time. We are very very happy with their work. They are very professional and clean. No problems with permitting and inspections either.
