Not only has ace robbins left us without heat for one week in the middle of winter, but now another time just after two weeks of them coming out to fix it. Everything started with their service technician coming and missing a major malfunction, which caused our furnace to break down and leave us without heat for a week. The shop ordered the wrong… part, then ordered the right part, but waited until after the weekend to come fix it. The part they put in our furnace was hooked up wrong, which caused it to break again. They charged us for the service technician, the first part/ labor and now

Purchased a chest freezer after having been on a waiting list due to the “Great Freezer shortage of 2020.” Every aspect of purchase was exceptional, from the waitlist call to the delivery. Called them to fix a fireplace that had some sort of meltdown. Technician was friendly enough, but when I said to him the remote no longer worked to raise or lower the flame and change the fan speed, he told me --"Oh, I didn't touch anything with the flame - and now to change the fan speed, you will need to take the (hot) screen off and use this dial underneath the fireplace." HUH?? Then it shut itself off after about a half hour and wouldn't turn back on. Turns out, the right replacement parts were not used. Also, there were two other parts that were damaged by the original meltdown that were

My 89 year old father called because the red lock light was on and his washer wouldn’t work. The first words out of the persons mouth was this will cost you $68.00. A more customer service response would have been just hold the button for 3 seconds and it will unlock. I guess the person who answers the phone doesn’t know anything about washers. I feel my father was ripped off, and taken advantage of. Maybe it was his age.

You checked the rest, now call the best! I had a fire smell coming into our house and called today at 10 AM. It is now 3:36 PM. I had a technician here, he found the problem, called for parts and his boss came out with them. Problem fixed.
Local guys are great and their prices are cheap. But these guys are the best, so qualified and there when you need them. I am so thrilled with the service and kindness of these dedicated men.

I have a buried 1,000 gallon propane tank. I shop around for the best propane price. The last two times I've filled my tank, it has been with Ace-Robbins. How much more expensive is the competition? McCain Gas & Electric 1.96, Paraco 2.05 (both about twice as expensive.) Hinds 1.47 times as expensive. about a third more expensive. Why would anyone buy from any of them?
