We purchased a new stove and needed a proper shut off valve installed. A technician (Dan) came out right away and quickly installed the valve in plenty of time prior to our stove’s arrival. We’ve had other more involved work done by this company and they are professional, experienced, and fairly priced. Definitely a our go to for heating and HVAC work!

Great customer service, at a very reasonable price. Monks technicians worked extra hours to get the job done and were pleasant the entire time even though our house built in 1922 was an extremely challenging job. Their expertise was very evident as they had to work on some innovative solutions. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to get ductless AC units installed.

Dan Evans came to my house and explained the ductless system and unit he recommended and was very helpful. The next day an estimate & contract was e-mailed to me, it was a fair & reasonable price. I accepted and approx. 3 -4 weeks later it was professionally installed by Zack & Kyle in about 4 hours. I have had it on for about 2 weeks and it works wonderfully, not only does it cool down my living room but reaches into my kitchen and down the hall to my bedroom. It's been only 2 weeks in use but so far I am highly satisfied and wish I had done it in a previous year.

Just had Bill the technician for Monk here to repair a broken coolant line. He was awesome! He came on time, quickly diagnosed the repair and offered several options as how to fix the issue and made an estimate of how much it was going to cost. He then made an expert repair and had the AC up and running again. I highly recommend Monk 100%

Had two units installed. Everyone at MONK is very professional and knowledgeable. We just had an issue with the latest unit. Dan came to repair it. He was very thorough and knowledgeable! Found the problem in the fitting in the line and made the repairs. Great guy! Introduced us to the servicing agreement also which is a great option to have the units running at their best year round.

We had such a great experience with this company from quote to install through completion for a whole home ductless mini-split system. Our install was fairly complicated due to the design of our home but Dylan and his associate were fantastic. There were extremely respectful, HELPFUL and explanatory through the whole install process. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely use this company in the future. Absolutely, consistent professional service with a smile thrown in for good measure. On time for installation, walked us through what they planned to do asking for any input from us. Efficiently completed job, reviewed how to use the product and left the house as clean as when the job was started.

They dont care about you. No returned calls. They dont bother to show up if u miss the voicemail that theu were confirming. Onto the next one...

We waited for 30 minutes and no one called me to let me know they would be late. The lady on the phone said "I should have called you..." yes, yes you should have called the customer waiting​ for your service. I will never recommend or use this company.
