We had them come out and look at our Central AC that wasn't getting power. They diagnose bad circuit board, said they would get a part and get back with us. We tried to call them about a dozen times, they gave us several different excuses, now won't answer our calls and hasn't been back out. now our thermostat is disconnected so we need to call another company to fix what they left behind. they won't answer our calls. They won't return our calls. It's been a month. Very disappointing.
