Mike and the guys were great on time very professional. I would highly recommend Yates heating and cooling, they installed and new air conditioner no problems looks great and at a fair price. will definitely call them if I have any problems with my heat (boiler system)or my other air unit.

After a massive storm, later declared state emergency by Governor, so many residents were in a loss of HVAC, plumbing, etc. Contractors were simply selling on fear and panic to replace units, often only really needing repairs.
Yates was recommended by a neighbor, and I gave him a call. He took all my calls and texts promptly and allowed me to snap pictures of what he figured were the needed replacement parts. He kept me informed of shipment delays and had a technician at my home within 24-hours of parts received.
Instead of $1000’s in replacement costs I only needed to spend a fraction of that

What an amazing experience from scheduling the appointment with a time that was kept & they even called before they were on their way. Jesse the tech showed up and was polite, professional & explained everything in detail.
Would highly recommend Yates Heating & Cooling for any repairs or even installation of a furnace &/or air conditioner.

The technicians are nice and professional. They installed a brand new A/C unit and scheduled my installation as soon as they could. There was one inconvenience because they had to re-schedule the technician needed to evaluate the issue, to go work on an emergency call and he had to come at my place after the normal business hours - which probably cost me a day trying to get the new unit installed while a heat wave hit us. It's all good now. I would still trust this company to service my A/C if they promise not to re-schedule my appointment.

Very disappointed, be careful. They sent a guy to my condo for a problem with my wall ac/heat unit. I had the cover off, he was there 15 min, looked at it and Said i needed a new sleeve. Didn't touch it. Got a bill for $160, 80 service call, 80 labor. They say that's standard to come to your house, I say it's a rip off. Im 64 yrs, and have had many service calls, never had anyone charge a service call plus labor hour without doing anything.

I just bought my new condo in October 2015 when I noticed that my water pump furnace wasn't kicking on last week. I called Yates (got transferred to the owner at around 8:30PM ET), a bit concerned about how much this was going to cost to replace/repair.
The owner (I believe "Wayne") said that he was willing to come out there, but instead of charging me $$, he walked me through the steps to reset the furnace, and sure enough, within ten minutes, I was back up and running.
