Had a great experience with Mr. Furnace today. Amy was super helpful on the phone, and Adam the tech arrived really fast and was very nice. He explained my problem to me like I'm not an idiot, which made me feel good, because I am an idiot. Everything was all fixed up promptly and now I'm good to go until we find another one of the previous homeowner's "fixes." Thanks!

Last week I posted a negative review re: the service I received on our annual furnace inspection from Mr. Furnace. Tony, the owner, called me and after a brief and pleasant conversation he corrected our problem much to our satisfaction. He sent a technician, Chad, to our home to perform another inspection at no charge to us. Chad had done our furnace inspections before and is a highly capable and professional technician. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very competent. He answered my questions, made recommendations and assured us that our furnace was operating effectively. Full marks to Tony

My tenants furnace completely died on her and I ended up calling another furnace company that I have used in the past...they came and said that there was nothing that they could do and to we needed to get another furnace and it would take about 10 days for them to install it! Let me start by saying I wish I could add more stars. I contacted 3 heating and cooling companies for an estimate on new furnace/ac, new duct work and thermostat installation. I submitted the estimate appointment request via their website on a Sunday and I was called the next day by a very nice gentleman to set up an appointment a couple days later.
Joe was on time and immediately felt like a family member when he walked through our house to inspect the situation.

Mr. Furnace came out in 2019 when my AC broke (it was 15 years old and an original cheap one that was installed when the house was built). They put in a brand new TRANE system all inclusive installing a new line to the furnace and new electrical box - all for a VERY competitive price. Because of the great service I had in 2019 I just called them out for a furnace tune up (which is only $70 as a special) and they were prompt, on time and professional. All of their crew is very professional and nice from when you call to when they arrive in person. Highly recommend!

We bought a house in Harper Woods that had HVAC installed by Mr. Furnace. We called last week to schedule an appointment for cleaning and any maintenance. We were told the temperature had to be at least 70 for them to test. We made the appointment for 5/18/17. The woman who took our call asked for name, phone number and address; told us if the weather wasn't warm enough they would call to reschedule. Time of appointment 10 am - 1pm. She also said they would call before showing up.

This is my second time dealing with Mr. Furnace. The first time was for an new furnace and air conditioner and this time, was for a hot water heater. I called them this time, as I was so very pleased with the new furnace. Tony the owner, is known of answering his phone after hours and this was no exception. My hot water heater started leaking and I called him to inquire about a new one. He had someone to my house only hours after I called, and work done was clearly by professionals. It was not only a well done installation, but, his workers left my house looking better that when they came

I must say that they were the ONLY company that responded to my needs in a prompt and expedient fashion, however, it must also be said that speedy service apparently has its price. My furnace went out the morning of the big 17 inch snow storm, and while I am truly grateful they were able to come out at all, they ended up charging exorbitant fees for their service. I needed a part replaced that, some time after the fact I researched to cost approx. $100-200, and just to come out they charged a sixty dollar fee. after the non-refundable fee, they charged me $425 including the part. the gentleman
