From beginning to end, our experience with Dyess Air was excellent. The salesperson was helpful and not "pushy" in any way. Questions and concerns were answered promptly and clearly. They were able to remove our entire AC, including duct work, and replace it all in one day's work. Our experience could not have been better.

Farmers was recommended to me by a friend. The call to the office was very pleasant as I tried explaining the situation to her from out of town. John was out checking the AC within the hour. He was very thorough and professional. He enabled us to plan for a stress free weekend. I definitely plan to use this company in the future.

David Powell is really great. He explains things very well translating technical stuff into language that I can understand, He goes the extra mile to make sure that I am getting everything I need and not anything I don't need! I would like to request that he be assigned to do the bi-annual check up on my system which I think is due in February.
