Conversations in any form are professional and respectful. The technicians are knowledgeable about issues and provided services. These people saved me a lot of money, I got several quotes for the same equipment and work. Every person that I had an encounter with treated me with such care and kindness. You are the most professional, yet personable organization I have ever experienced. These guys are amazing!! We had three different companies come to our home and tell us we needed a new inside and outside unit. Was even quoted over $10,000 by one. Ogeechee was there an hour replaced ONE wire and got our system back running. Thanks times a million y’all have forever earned a customer.

I was told by three different AC companies that i needed a brand new unit because of a simple fix and when Chris came out to my house he fixed it all up and got my unit back running! Our compressor went out less than 5 years in a new home. This was one of the companies our warranty holder listed. They were absolutely wonderful, well above expectations. While on the phone with me, the owner/ manager asked what the temp was in the house and said they were gonna bring some window units until the part came in. Not only was the service great but they dramatically beat every quote we received . Thanks Ogeechee heating and air, I'm sure we'll use you again in the future.

Their customer sevice is excellent. I have dealt with Zack and Stephen and they both were technically competent, as I expected. But, more notably, their customer service skills are outstanding. On three occasions they were very thorough and patient explaining some system and programming issues to me.
