I am so upset with this company we scheduled a cleaning for our carpets and they texted the day of to cancel the appointment 2 hours before the were scheduled to tell us their machine is broken. We had this appointment scheduled over 2 weeks ago and now being so close to the holiday season we cant even find another place to clean our carpets. Now I'm going to have to come out of pocket to the rental company because of this whole situation.

He did an amazing job. I have had other places come and clean my carpets but they have never lefted it like this company!!! I highly recommend, friendly and very fast and affordable prices. Also he speaks Spanish big plus on my books. Very happy with his service.

I have used this company in the past and was happy so I decided to use them again. Well this second time I am not happy with the service at all. To start he was over 15 minutes late, my carpet doesn't even look like they were done and now they have a funny smell. He told me next I call to make sure I tell them I have a high traffic area which I didn't think I should. So looks like I will using another company to correct this.
