I was impressed by the online booking. Very smooth and easy. Had appointment confirmation right away. Received a text and a call to let me know they were on their way. Mr. Shelby was very nice, patient and understanding, the babies were home from daycare sick. He went above and beyond to help this Grandma out, THANK YOU! Carpets came out beautifully and in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them.
