Both Tony (HVAC) and Carlos (electrician) came to my house to install a Nest thermostat. Both arrived in a timely manner, were very knowledgable and experienced in installing this type of thermostat, answered mine and my husband’s questions, worked quickly, and were honest and informative. I was extremely disappointed. I needed a bathroom sink replaced. The service person John C. arrived on time. However, he looked under the sink and said we needed a $5000 water softener system to fix the hard water issue. He used his IPAD to show us how bad the water is in our area. It seem like a bait and switch... We had a new facet ready to install and he said he would be able to do it for a whooping $600. Crazy right heck for 15 -30 minutes no way. He then asked if I received another quote I said yes for $200. He said he could NOT replace a small sink facet fixtures for that price. We paid him

Carlos B. and Tommie B are 2 of the finest technicians youll find anywhere.There both personable and professionable.Dating back a few years ive used them for service on an old Hvac unit, a sewer line in my house,the no dig sewer line replacement in my rental property, instalation of my boiler,an entirely new hvac system in investment property,service of all heating and cooling yearly with the service agreement and most recently instalation of mini splits . There was some disagreement as to where the location of the condenser should go but in the end they put it where it looks best(out of the way

No one wants to hear that they need a new furnace/air conditioner, but I'm glad we chose Service Professionals. After receiving the initial analysis, Service Professionals made the process easy by educating us about the systems and after we selected, installation was one day as promised. We are very happy and comfortable in our home and can't wait for the summer months to come to feel the AC.

Well I ended up calling service professionals! And let me tell you!! They charged me $1,550 to do a pressure test, find the leak and fixed it. So to cut it short, all they did was search for the leak where Elizabeth Gas had search, do the pressure test just to confirm what the gas company Already had told me (there is a leak, but we can’t find it)… that I had to re pipes everything for $7,900. and now they refused to esther finish the job, or refund the charges. 😡 I found someone to do it that is changing way less than that to find the leak and fix it. I recently had service professionals out to check my boiler which they have installed five years ago. Since that five years in which they have installed it they have been out every year 2 to 3 times.for the last five years.Now I start up the boiler and once again it is not working correctly. I strongly suggest that before you call service… professionals you try someone else first. I don’t feel that their technicians are qualified to come out and to diagnose problems like this. We had the worst case scenario Main Sewer Pipe failure... they were baffled, and took time to make sure they understood what was happening and find a solution. They had to dig up the front of our home and also inside our living room floor. DEEP TOO! I def cried more than once. Lolol. STAY AWAY! Absolutely awful experience. A botched HVAC system replacement coupled with the worse customer service. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Service Professionals replaced my dual-zone AC system in my home a little over two years ago (April 2017). Since that time we have had Service Professionals out to our home no less than 2… dozen times for various issues and breakdowns with the system. I have spent thousands of dollars (and counting) on repairs, tune-ups and additional servicing plans on what I was assured was going to be a top of the line dehumidifying HVAC system
