We had a huge water leak under our house. One of our old pipes had cracked and was gushing water. When Mondo arrived, our crawlspace was flooded with around 18 inches of water. Mondo came out the next day, was very professional, and was able to fix the leak quickly. He even showed me how to check the meter for a leak in the future. Great job Mondo!

Complete lack of integrity! Provided an invoice with zero details, flat rate with no breakdown on costs, equipment, warranties, or labor; they tried to take advantage of the situation where property is managed by property manager with exorbitant amount for a simple job! No integrity whatsoever! Very dissatisfied and will never do business with this outfit again!

So, this is my third time dealing with this company. My home owners insurance has this company under contract. The first time was HORRENDOUS. The plumber couldn't find the let to run the snake. On top of that the guy was super rude. So was their office person. Very unprofessional.
My second run in was better. No complains. Minor job.
This third time the office person was nice. So were the two plumbers who came to do the job. They were NOT wearing masks. We asked them if they were required to by the company, they said no. I honestly wanted to turn them away but living here it's so tough

I had nothing but a very positive experience with this company. The office person who helped us was polite, and went over and beyond to get us fixed asap. I appreciate the hard work and the fact that they showed up when they said they would! Highly recommend!

Not the best experience as i had to hire another company to do what they could not. Yet they still try to bill me for services not completed. When I talked to the office staff all they said was I was responsible for the bill even though I explained that the person they sent was not licensed to do the test and did not do the work. Just rude and unprofessional and I would stay away from this company if you are searching for a plumber.
