Initially called RPM out to troubleshoot a broken HVAC system. They gave us an honest assessment of the issue, with options to repair or replace the system, including financing options. Ended up choosing to replace the system. While we waited for parts to arrive, they even gave us a couple of loaner window AC units to keep the house cool. Once parts arrived, installation took a little over half a day - no issues and a top-notch install. Definitely recommend!
