Broadway completely screwed up the tile installation of our new house. They failed to order all the all and associated materials we selected so that complete installation was delayed 9 months. At each phase of installation, tile installers realized they did not have all the materials required, causing month-long delays before all work could be completed. The bathroom tile was installed before the towel racks and handrails were anchored, in reverse order as it should have been. We were forced to settle for a mediocre solution as a result. Broadway carpets does not care about customer satisfaction

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have been an interior designer in Knoxville and ordered clients, as well as my own flooring from them. Not even 6 months into having our wood floor it started splintering and completely falling apart. I called Broadway and had a "representative of the manufacturer" come out to look at our floors. I was told by the "representative" (I use quotations because he later told me he didn't actually work for the manufacturer) and Kevin from Broadway, that they never recommend putting wood floors in kitchens and that the wood floors that we have could splinter

We just relocated to Tennessee from Michigan and it seems Broadway Carpet knows how to treat you right. We ordered some carpet, and our sales man Josh, was just excellent to work with, Actually anyone we talked to there was just the best. From Bo one of the managers to the receptionist, We feel like we got great advise and great carpet for a really fair price. I paid half down when I ordered the carpet and thought I would pay the balance when it was picked up, but just got off the phone with Josh and he said, I pay the balance for the carpet once it is installed and I love it.

Wonder why Broadway Carpets hasn't gotten any love. I haven't been to many carpet stores but I imagine they are all probably set up the same way. While Broadway Carpets appears to have a huge inventory, I have a feeling that is NOT what sets them apart.
I was very impressed and touched by the level of service I got from this place. Service makes all the difference in the world. All three times that I went in, I was greeted and attended to promptly. I was patiently shown my options and they were wonderful enough to accelerate completion of my order over a holiday weekend (July 4th).
