I have been with top to bottom for over 5 years! They always provide a great cleaning to my home. Before leaving they ask you to check your home so that if there is something not to your satisfaction, they will fix it immediately. It has been a pleasure having Top to Bottom come to my home twice a month all these years!

Highly recommend Top To Bottom for house cleaning. They did a great job on my house and the staff was very respectful and hardworking. The owner Luciana was also very professional and listened to my needs. I’ve used other cleaning services in the past and was not nearly as satisfied with the results or customer service. Best cleaning service in the Wilmington area.

One of the best cleanings I have ever had! The staff was very professional! The booking was very effortless, they arrived on time and dressed very nice. My appointment was confirmed via text message and email and everything was explained to me very well. They use very high quality products, my bathrooms look brand new and they even wiped my wood with special solution. I am very impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. Highly recommended!

Disappointed to see a few negative reviews below as my experience has been the total opposite. Lucy and team started cleaning our house in 2019 and I never had an issue. From the communication of when they would arrive to the cleaning completed, I could not have asked for a better cleaning team. We stopped using Top to Bottom when the pandemic hit,… but now that both my wife and I are vaccinated, we signed right back up! The team came earlier this week for what is called a “deep cleaning,” to start their service. They should probably call it “brand new home clean.&rdquo

Ana and her team at Top to Bottom are an incredible asset that Wilmington is lucky to have! I find myself wishing I could bring them with me to other cities where I need similar services. They are on time, on budget, and always do an incredible job.

They are a professional cleaning service that does an excellent job AND provide the highest level of customer service. The team's are flexible to meet any special needs we have and treat our pets with utmost care and compassion. Finding a good housekeeping service is hard, but finding one you can trust with your home and your furry family members was almost impossible until we found Lucy and her team.

We were in serious need of a house cleaning and signed up for Top to Bottom House Cleaning. We previously used other cleaning services but we were looking for a reliable cleaning service that was both efficient and effective. We LOVED team 10!! They were so nice and friendly and did an amazing job. Our house is cleaner than when we moved in and they are we also very quick!
I also like the payment option, customer service and high quality of the cleaning supplies!!
