My sister was very happy with the cleaning done for her home. Being several states away after she lost her husband, I felt useless to help her at all. I called a few cleaning services close to her, but Eloise's was the only one willing to work with me not being in the same state (making payments, setting up the service). They set up a time frame,… contacted my sister to make sure they could work around her schedule, and did any cleaning she needed to help ease some of the burden. She said they did a great job and everyone was very nice and helpful. I greatly appreciate the help everyone

Emily and Taylor did an amazing job! My home has never been this clean. They took care of all kinds of details that I did not expect based on deep clean experiences with previous companies, like cleaning the tracks for my sliding glass doors. Communication was great too, when they reached the end of the original time, Emily talked to me about what was left and gave an estimate on what was left and how much longer it might take. Additionally, they took me on a walkthrough at the end to ensure that everything met my expectations. Based on this experience, I will definitely book again!

I did my research to find a highly rated service to clean our new home prior to moving in. I made the appointment well in advance. Just hours before they were to arrive and with no time to rebook another service (same day) they said they would not be able to make the cleaning and could they reschedule for the next day. I told them the movers come at 8am the next day so unless they could come before that, it would not work.
To add insult to injury I received an email the morning of our move asking me how much I loved walking into my freshly cleaned home and would I like a discount if I scheduled

Alicia and Jeff with Eloise’s Cleaning Service were AMAZING!! Every corner and nook is spic and span and it feels like they clean my home like it’s their own. Incredible attention to detail too... my spice jars were a little askew on my counter and they centered them and spaced them out evenly. They even fold my toilet paper roll into a little triangle like I’m at a hotel...and my bathroom, kitchen and floors are never as clean as when Alicia and Jeff clean them. 5 star rating from a very happy (high maintenance OCD ;) customer!!

My apartment complex hired a team to come and do a move in clean for me and they were quick and spectacular, I figured I might as well use them to do my deep clean of my common area/downstairs of a duplex. After going back and fourth via email I was told it was at minimum 4 hours of labor time for a deep… clean, you cannot get any less even though my house did not require that downstairs, and I agreed and scheduled.
In the comments I made on my initial booking and verbally to the cleaner I said I wanted 4 hours maximum and that when she is finished

I can't say enough good things about Eloise's! I've hired cleaning services before and was always disappointed. These guys are definitely coming back. They were perfectly profession, but the most important thing is that MY APARTMENT IS SO CLEAN!!! I just wanted to hang out in my bathroom and look at everything. I can't wait to have them back, and I can't recommend them enough!
