Gordon had worked for Keith Riggs Plumbing in Mesa, Arizona for 3 years before moving to Snowflake to begin this new venture.

We began our attempted installation with Farrs plumbing 5 months ago. His office staff is friendly but can not answer any questions. Collin is the plumber and the only person who can answer any questions and his average phone return time was 3-4 days. After four months of narrowing down what system we wanted and giving him the specifics part numbers for the filter system, the on demand system and the drain, he told us he would order them and call us when they came in, in about 2 weeks. This was a conversation my husband and I both had over speaker phine with him. Now, 3 weeks later I called the

What a rude person Colin is and I hate to even give this business one star to post this & warn others of his lackadaisical and aloof personality; not to mention the fact that he will keep putting you off until he can't any longer. I first contacted them on June 23,2020 and sent him a 69 page home inspection report on a house that I purchased that needed quite a bit of plumbing work. I have not heard from them for over 2 weeks, so I sent an email to the front desk, just simply stating that if he is not interested in the job, no worries... I will simply move on. I finally got a call today

I have nothing but good things to say about Farr Plumbing , they showed up when they said they would , they have very well stocked trucks , they are well dressed and smell good . very professional and knowledgeable in their trade I had to much work done to list but they got it done in one day . I will high recommend them to anyone as they were to me . There motto is " Better By Farr " and it is true.

Farr Plumbling goes up and beyond great service.
I moved here to take care of dad and didn't like the well water...so I had Farr install a filter and have had some problems with it but Colin and son would always show up to help out and I believe we have found a solution.
They are friendly, courteous and professional!
I highly recommend them.

I used Farr Plumbing to totally replace the piping in my home during a remodel. The plumber that came to my home worked his bu** off all day, and got more work done in a day than most would do in two. He did a great job too. I was very particular in some of the things I wanted and he made sure the entire job was done to my satisfaction, and was very meticulous. I'm a DIY'er and was sceptic about calling a plumber and getting my money's worth. I believe I got more than I paid for. Super happy and I highly recommend Farr Plumbing to anyone.
