Finally, an inexpensive way to protect your home or business from costly and annoying plumbing problems. It isn't available to everyone because there is no way we could keep up with the work load. We're offering it to our clients like you who want to protect their home or business from the many kinds of damage that can come from plumbing problems.
In the plumbing market today, there are technicians with 30 years experience, but others are just starting out. If a company charges you by the hour, think of the results! The same job that took the experinced tech 1 hour, could take the new guy 2-3 hours! Guess who's paying for the training? You! That's why we designed Direct Pricing.
Does this look too familiar? Then it's time to start winterizing your home. You might ask though, but there are several ways to do it. How am I to know which is best? Here are the most common methods, and we'll show you why using antifreeze is the safest way to protect your home, and the only way we will do it.
A septic inspection is required for the sale of any property which has a septic system. Our tech must open both lids, and make sure the tank is full. If it's not full, it means the tank has a crack. Depending on the age of the system, it may need to have a filter in the outlet. A test is then performed to make sure the leach field is not backing up, and is in good working order.
Simply because we do the best job. If you are in the situation to invest in your septic system, dont you want it to last? At Action Plumbing, we have noticed that most other companies are installing sub par materials in their clients systems! Some of these sub par materials are tanks that are too small, leach pipe that is not just to small, but thin wall!

We called on Monday, 2/1, and made an appointment for Friday, 2/5, at 9AM to replace burned out elements in our hot water heater caused by a power surge on 1/27 in the Torreon area of Show Low. Plumber came at 9, diagnosed the problem as burned out elements, left and never came back. Could not make another appointment per office manager/scheduler, Margie, because schedule was full. American Home Shield kept giving us the runaround, too, making promises that they had talked with Action Plumbing and they would come out on Monday, 2/8. Not true. Action Plumbing had not promised at all. Action Plumbing

This is going to be a strange review. We woke one morning to a waterfall running off the roof. Assuming it was a plumbing problem, we called and called, but no one could help us. Until we reached Margie of Action Plumbing, who said that maybe it was an HVAC problem, but if it wasn't, she'd see about getting someone out to us. **It was.** That level of kindness and concern is regrettably rare these days. Next time we have an actual plumbing problem, guess who we're calling?
