They were able to diagnose, assess the issue, AND fix it. What makes the service stand out more - it was done with great attitude and joy of the job. He kept me up to date regularly and continued working well after the sun went down. What a great example of the American spirit.

Kerry Lewis handles the warranty repairs for Navien tankless water heaters in my area. They came out and took care of our issue (that another company couldn't figure out) quickly and professionally. Super nice guy, couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Took 3 days to call me back. Monday morning they finally called me back and said they would be out that afternoon. 5pm on Monday, I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. They had no idea who I was or what I was calling about. No record of me on file. Very unprofessional.

We found Kerry Lewis plumbing on home advisor, and were advised well. Kerry came out for a bid, and to take a look at our remodel of our master bath. He was professional, on time, and there work was incredible. I would highly highly recommend Kerry and his staff, they turned out to be like family and took care of us like we were there own.

Huge thank you to Kerry Lewis and his team. My wife and I were recently in an option period on an older home that had some plumbing concerns. Obviously with the option period ending quickly, Kerry and his crew worked with us to squeeze us into their busy schedule and did a fantastic inspection snaking the lines with cameras and other high tech equipment. Kerry is very experienced and did an excellent job explaining what was going on, concerns that may possibly arise in the future, and provided ballpark estimates on cost. Shout out to Kerry Lewis Plumbing! Those guys have handled an upstairs toilet leaking into the downstairs walls, a sewage ejector pump that failed, and now our water heater. They've done these nasty jobs with a smile, they do quality work, plus carefully protect our flooring/carpet and leave their worksite spotless. They even checked our boathouse for raccoons while the heater tank was draining today! Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Kerry is fine if you have a simple job... setting a toilet or changing a fixture. But if you ask him to do more than that, he may very well leave you with a problem you have to call a master plumber in to fix. In our case, we are also having to call an electrician because he disconnected the house ground and never reconnected it again. I'd throw a dart to select a name out of the yellow pages before I used Kerry Lewis Plumbing again.
