My husband and I inherited a house that did not have drain cleanouts, and also had a severe sewage leak. After getting a few quotes, we decided to go with Matrix Plumbing because their prices were average for the job we needed and their customer service is fantastic! They were upfront with what needed to be done and answered any questions we had. So far we have had the drain cleanouts installed and the crew showed up at the time they stated, finished work quickly, and left no mess behind. My kitchen sink was draining slowly so Matrix Plumbing came out and identified the problem. It turns out I had a cast iron pipe rust out below my foundation that was the real issue. They swiftly scheduled the excavation required to replace this pipe and finished it in time for Thanksgiving! I will definitely be using them again.

Matrix Plumbing is the best! I had 2 different plumbers come out because we kept having water come up in the corner of the kitchen. Paid over $1000 and obviously kept coming back then we finally put a claim on it. MATRIX PLUMBING came out and performed a leak test that the insurance company paid for. Sure enough we had a slab leak. Matrix took the time to do a full report that showed exactly where the leak was and was able to do the work in a day. Best part is insurance covered most of it. Our family and friends will only use Matrix Plumbing from now on. Thank you Matrix!

This is the second slab leak we've had and Matrix was great to deal with - very professional, showed up right when they said they would, followed up, communicated well, and did a great job. Since they had to dig a tunnel under the house from the yard, they even replaced all the dirt back so cleanly - I was impressed from start to finish both times. They cautioned us that we need to switch to flex pipe and reroute the plumbing but our insurance wouldn't approve it. I will use Matrix again!

Terrible in every way. Hired Matrix to come install shower valves and trim kit. Matrix "completed" the work and payment was made. After our Tile contractor replaced the Hardi Backer board and installed the tile, come to find out the water lines (hot/cold) were reversed. Cold water is hot and hot water is cold. We had to remove tile and hardi board, fix the reversed lines and replace Hardi board and tile again. Cost me thousands extra. A very simple test from the Matrix Plumber could have prevented this issue. The plumber was extremely rude and errogant. After calling Matrix to discuss

My toilet was leaking from the bolts that held the tank and bowl together. They were able to dispatch Zack to come look at my toilet the next day. He diagnosed my issues right away. He gave me multiple options to choose on how I wanted to handle my repairs and the cost associated to them. We ended up replacing the toilet completely due to the toilet being an older model. He ran into a few issues and always overcame them. Even though it took a few days to get the job done, Zack was always transparent about the issues he ran into and always had a solution to the problems. He did a great job on communication

Very satisfied with Matrix Plumbing and the work performed. Eddie and Nicholas made the repairs to a hot water leak under the slab of my home. They both were very courteous, professional, friendly and hard workers. Work was done in a very timely manner and clean up after their work was perfect. Comparatively, repair costs were very reasonable. I will definitely use Matrix again for any plumbing issues I encounter and I highly recommend them.

I called them because I saw they had good Google reviews, however, this time was a mistake, I received very very poor and disappointing service from Matrix, they not only didn't fix my leaking issue but also took advantage of the Texas winter storm by charging me $350.00 for "checking my pipelines" and then gone and kept calling my tenant and me to collect money as soon as they were "done". We had a hard to locate leak and a hot water heater failure. Jon from Matrix was assigned to our repair and did an excellent job of replacing the water line in the walls, working in some tight places to get the job done and spent a great deal of time getting the job done right and within the estimate. I would recommend Mateix and will use again!

Efficient, Hard working, guys told us when they were enroute, came on time, worked in impossible heat and tight spaces, photographed before and after pics for me. Did a great job reasonably priced. I would give each individual I met ten stars but the system limits me to five. These are the only plumbers I will call in the future. (this was my nightmare of a job, underslab sewer repair with 40' of tunnels.)
Wish I could have installed a wine cellar before they returned the soil to seal it back up and untraceable.

All positive reviews must be family or friends. They show up for a simple toilet repair but have no gaskets. Then want to come out "special rate after hours" since we work m-F and we had already taken a day off and waited all day for them to show up! This business is a joke. Be warned. It's 5 days later and they still can't find a toilet gasket!

We were connected with Matrix plumbing through our home warranty company. We had a leak in our bathroom and also a leak on our cold water side. Our home was built in 83 so our minds went straight to slab leak . The warranty company would not cover the repair but matrix was willing to work with us any way. The re routed our cold water line into the wall. The technician was great super informative. Gave us a step by step on the process. Landmark sent these people to my house. The tech lied and stated he ran into the main line and was unable to send the auger out any further and that the line needed to be hydro-jetted. Ummm. I was standing there he ran into zero blockage, did not scope my lines, did not even try another line! So he mysteriously said it needs hydro-jetting? Landmark of course went with what the tech said and will not send a second opinion out, even after the first person I spoke with during the call stated they could.

We were connected with Matrix through our home warranty company. Our plumbing is very old because of the age of our home, and our master bathroom is constantly having problems. Had this contractor sent out by my home warranty company (Landmark Home Warranty) for a repair on my hot water heater. The technician came out and spent about 15 minutes to tell me that my hot water heater needed to be replaced (which I knew and was covered by my home warranty company) and then proceeded to tell my warranty company that on top of the replacement, that I would have to pay them an additional $748.00 to get my plumbing "up to code". Probably lose all my tile floor too. Amazingly he diagnosed this without even taking the toilet off. We fixed it ourselves for $21 and a new flange. Loss of $70 for that terrible waste of time visit. Very fraudulent company, I would highly avoid.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Highly unprofessional plumbing company who I would not and do not recommend to anyone. Very first time a technician was supposed to come out 4 people were home including dogs who bark at the doorbell everytime. Nobody who was here heard anything. No knock no doorbell ring nothing. He then puts a card on my door and leaves doesn't bother to call and ask if we are here doesn't call to let us know he's here. And when I tried calling after we realized he showed up I call over 10 times with no answer or returned phone call. Highly unprofessional
