1 Open both valves in affected areas water & ice need to expand so that it will not cause bursting action. 2 You need to get warm air moving around as close to the frozen area as you can. Do not add direct heat i.e flame or hot heat gun if you do not know what you are doing, you will pop a pipe. Use a small space heater or small fan from warmer area.
5. Know where your valves and meters are and if possible go and clean them off to keep them accessible. Loved how responsive & helpful Angie was getting us scheduled for service as quickly as possible given our burst pipe situation during the nightmare power outage and storm last week.

After the freeze last week we had a leak and no water for 3 days, I called M2 Plumbing and they were swamped but told me they would come on Saturday. They did as they said even though it was 7pm. They quickly found and fixed the pipe leak and turned on the water. Great job, professional and very nice guys. Will definitely use them again.

I reached out to M2 after the recent freeze. I was put on a waiting list, understandably, due to the high demand. The plumbers arrived yesterday and did a quick inspection and diagnosis of what occurred. I was fortunate in that it wasn’t an issue that needed to be remedied. I also had a problem with my hot water heater, but they informed me that they needed to prioritize customers that are still without water and would need to come back. I respect that. The plumbers were friendly, professional and explained the issue to me. I will definitely use them again!

They saved me from a horrible situation! I had used liquid drain and was about to purchase a snake when I decided that I needed expert help with my 2 backed up sinks. Called and made a same-day appointment. In less than two hours we had two bathroom faucets, water lines, and shut-off valves replaced. Buddy was courteous and polite. He took the time to answer questions about our house and other potential plumbing issues. M2 honored their quote provided over the phone and were considerably cheaper than other plumbers. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

The are always available, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Great customer service, too. The owner is a Navy vet who has worked in this field for many years before starting his own business.
