HORRIBLE SERVICE! Not only did the plumber never show up for the scheduled appointment, they never returned any of our calls. We politely called to get a status update, and the guy hung up on me even though i was extremely polite. There was no reason for it. Again we never had ANY negative conversation or altercation. I setup an appointment but could never get a hold of anyone again. I can't figure out why someone would deliver such poor customer service.

So, a pipe in the ceiling between my first and second floor started leaking. It wasn't a flood, but it really made a mess and ruined the ceiling. I had to turn off our water completely.
I called plumbing service grapevine. The lady I spoke to was very nice. She scheduled me from 11a-1p same day. She said a tech would give me a call before hand. No call came.
I call again at noon and was told they were going to call the tech and have them call me. No call.
Called at 12:50. Same story. This woman was different than the one from earlier. This woman obviously not happy with her work situation. She
