Cedric has been great for us. Bought a house with an old AC unit and furnace which have both had issues in 2021. Cedric gave us multiple options for repair/replacement to help fit our budget. Ended up replacing the outside AC unit and repairing the furnace. He has been professional and kind both times he has come. Thank you!

Cedric did an amazing job! He is very polite and informative! He was not in any hurry and took time to explain in detail everything that was going on with my heaters. If only all businesses operated with such standards. We’ve had two separate issues recently and have worked with Cedric, Lorenzo, and Alan from Coventry & Gattis. We’re satisfied with the product but we are even more thrilled with the service. Above and beyond. Super timely. Cedric was very detailed, knowledgeable, and transparent in showing us what was faulty and getting parts and replacement quickly, even offering to stay and help move a fence panel for the new unit. Lorenzo and Alan were a great team installing an outdoor unit and even answered questions I had concerning drain lines in our
