Good, honest service. We had a bowed bottom panel on our garage door, and others had told us that there was nothing we could do but replace the whole door for serious cost. Chris came and took a look and was able to replace a beam on the door to straighten it out and make it run smoothly again. Many thanks to Chris and the guys at Brooks Overhead for their good, honest service when others were trying to price gouge.

I really wanted to like this company.
Their business card says don't get screwed call the dude... Well I got screwed because I called the dude!
When I scheduled an appointment to have my garage door installed a week in advance they forgot my appointment and instead of owning it and making it right to the customer and respecting that I have a schedule too, I was told they have other appointments that day and had to reschedule it for another day throwing off all of my other appointments I had scheduled.
Then they showed up late to the "2nd scheduled appointment" but did install

They came on time even after I changed the time on them even with short notice! Came in did their thing and now my garage is like new!! Went above and beyond, greased and lubed couple other parts as well! Competent, fast, sincere didn't try to up-sell me, what else is there?! Call these "dudes" bbb rated and I can see why!!You can see I don't normally write reviews but these guys deserve it. Call em!

I have used this company before and they were excellent. However, this last week I called for service, my door would not go down, and I was treated poorly. I thought maybe I caught him on a bad day and it was evening. I called two days later because the problem got worse and needed service. I was told they would be out the following day, I sent my information as asked. No one showed up or sent a reply.

I was gonna hire these guys, but I received a call that they are refusing to work for us. Seems like unreliable and unprofessional company. They claim that the reason is because I asked if they have any discounts, which is my right as a customer to ask. I think the real reason is racial discrimination. Anyways, I am glad that I didn't get to work with them.

Steve and Chris were great to work with purchasing our replacement door opener. They performed a quick installation from my phone call. Chris installed the opener and kept everything neat in the garage. He had to adjust the spring on the door prior to installing the new opener. Both men provided invaluable help getting my two vehicles programmed.
I highly recommend this local company. They were willing to go above and beyond in customer service.
