My grandfather was referred to H&A Heating and Air Conditioning by a family friend. Jose and Javier were very professional and respectful, they also used traps in walkways and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. They are fluent in Spanish and English. They did not waste anytime uninstalling the old condenser and heating delivery units. Install took a little longer due to having to mount and ensure everything was sealed and functioning properly. Overall my grandfather and myself are very satisfied with their work and service. We will be calling them again for any yearly preventative

We couldn't be happier with this Great Company.! They found a gas leak that traveled up into the attic! & SDG&E came out but they didn't find it. It could of been horrible for us so Thank God Jaime crew finds this & repair the new gas pipe. We live our new system a/c& heat we will be giving you business. To all our family & friends

When I was looking for HVAC company to install a Mini-Spilt I had purchased these guys were there for me on the spot. As you Wii's see I gave the a glowing review. Well now less thaan a Yee's later I called them to come and check it out because I wasn't getting heat out of it. Manufacturer said it may need Freeze-on. I called H&A and "RiCky" who always answers said check the filters out first which I did and cAlled back. His response now of we're real Bussey'Auto give us a couple of weeks and I I send the same hi up who I installed it, so we set a date

Call them to look at heater issue at empty house. Ask for 15 mins notice so I can get there before they would arrive. I get a vague time window of two hours. Then I get a call saying "this is Ricky Bobby, I'm at your house you here?" I tell him I'm 10 mins away and will come right over. Get there and he is no where to be found. Call him and he said oh my boss said I had to leave. Oh. So you don't follow directions and it's my fault? No customer service no apology nothing just wasted time. Save yourself the hassle use someone else who doesn't lie to your face.

Ricky was the 4th estimate I got to install a ductless mini split system, and he was by far the best, both in professionalism and cost. He listened to what I wanted and provided an estimate within an hour of leaving my house. When all of my questions were answered, we were ready to go and scheduled the installation. The installers showed up exactly on time and were efficient, polite and very clean with our home and property. We are very happy with the system and very impressed by the excellent installation. I would recommend Ricky and H&A Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking

Unprofessional!!! Treats customers badly!!! Stay away.
I confirmed an appointment for Tuesday at 9am with Ricky. Turns out, the appointment was mistakenly set for Wednesday at 9am. Ricky's mistake. (Can't read a calendar, I don't know.)
Never mind that we made changes in our schedule to be home when the crew shows up.
To add salt to the wound, Ricky gives away our Wednesday 9am time slot BEFORE finding a Tuesday time slot for us. This was his way of making good on his mistake? Really?
I get it, it's the summer season. You have more customers than you need. But get a clue

Jaime and his guys are wonderful! Jaime came and looked at the project, he took the time to check and review all options with me and gave me an honest and fair quote. His guys came on time and took the time again to make sure they understood the job and shared their plan of installation with me. These guys are pros. Installed a couple mini-split ductless systems at my property in Pacific Beach. They communicated well, and their work quality was so good. They really went above and beyond.
