Pulice's safety program is built on 100% employee involvement and commitment to excellence in safety. The company strives for zero job-related injuries/illnesses. Our management team is fully committed to performing work safely and accident-free. In order to accomplish these goals, we have developed an aggressive safety program that includes safety policies and procedures that meet, or in most cases exceed OSHA standards.
Employees are trained to plan and work safely, recognize unsafe conditions or acts, and initiate corrective actions. As a result, our OSHA Incident Rate five-year average is far below the industry standard. Pulice (ACS Group) completes sixteen miles of a new Toll lanes corridor in Brazoria and Harris Counties. Pulice performs work throughout the southwestern United States, with regional offices located in Arizona and Texas.

Pulice Construction, Inc., founded in 1956, is a heavy civil general engineering contractor and construction manager. Pulice has built successful projects over the years for both public and private owners, under Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, and Public-Private-Partnership (P3) delivery methods.
Bill starts his business operating under the name of William Pulice Concrete Construction and specializes in constructing curbs, gutters and sidewalks. With assistance from brothers Tony, Joe, and Jim, Bill expands into grading, paving and structural concrete work and begins competing for Arizona Highway Department (later ADOT) projects.
Our enduring partnerships have given us the opportunity to bring support and innovation to communities around the southwest. We have partnered with Departments of Transportation, Municipalities, other Government Agencies, and private customers. With construction-focused engineering, we create solutions for our clients that seamlessly transition from blueprints to real, completed projects.
Pulice has performed CMAR projects with many public and private owners. This delivery method helps to enhance communication between the agency and contractor, which results in timely decision making and reduced change orders. For time-sensitive projects of a fast-track nature that requires overlapping design and construction, Pulice has the personnel to make it happen.
Open and honest communication is the key behind the SEE, ACT, SHARE awareness campaign. Employees will never face negative consequences from reporting safety concerns. On the contrary, employees who report Near Misses, Good Catches, or Safety Suggestions shall have their names entered into a raffle to win a prize.
