I was in a pinch and John Meier showed up twenty five minutes later and in less then 15 minutes he was walking away with my Central Air back up and running...

I would not recommend this business. Came twice to fix our furnace one week apart. Were charged both visits. First visit was able to get it running, second did not. We got a second opinion and company did not do what was needed to keep our furnace running until we decided to replace. The second company was able to resolve issue. I would go with another company they were much more helpful.

He understands there are different circumstances for different people and has always remained fair. The best interest of his customers has always been his top priority. THE BEST !! Amazing customer service JOHN went above & beyond ,our furnace went out and it was negative 22 degrees . He came to our house at 5:30 a.m. and took the part that needed to be fixed returned less then two hours later . Installed it and the furnace is up and running. He cares and it shows .

These guys are ABSOLUTELY awesome from my perspective. I used them for 5 years when I lived i Winona and have been using them to service my house now that I am renting it out from afar to short term rentals. They have come out during holidays and on short notice because a renter couldn't get the heat to work. They are responsive and easy top work with. Their technicians are great. I cannot understand why anyone could have a bad experience with them.

I am writing this as a buyer beware. I built a house 16 years ago and used a TRANE furnace, variable speed heat, top of the line at the time. It never seemed to work correctly. I had 3 different TRANE service professionals come to evaluate it. One was from Bob's. They insisted it was my ductwork and told me I needed to reroute all my ductwork in a simple ranch style house that was only about a year old and the ductwork was professionally installed. I was quoted over $10,000 for this. I did not fall for it and dealt with a subpar furnace for 15 years with various things failing on it through

Never buy things from here. I bought a ac compressor for $31. Looked like a useed one from a garage sale. No warranty no refund. No box or instruction. It's better to drive to Lacrosse to home depot or other main stream stores to buy equipment. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends.
