The day of installation, the team showed up on time and put down protective gear on the floor to limit dust tracking into my home. My dogs were very curious about all the activity, and each of the guys took the time to pet them and let them know they were safe visitors. There were a few snags in the process (older townhome with quirks!), and they came back the next day to make sure it was all finished and running smoothly.
A month after installation, I had some issues figuring out all the functions of the remote for the system, so they sent a service tech out to help. He spent a half an hour going

Bryant has been the best by far of the heating and cooling products that I’ve used in my house having lived here for 36 years. The comfort it offers is why I have decided to upgrade and replace my furnace with the latest model 98. The service the River City offers is prompt and professional. They are always available to answer questions as well.

Our air conditioner went out over the weekend and I called on Sunday and within a short time they called back. I told them we could wait until the work week and he gave me some things to look at to see if I could reset things. I couldn't. On Monday they sent Cody, a young man who really seemed to know his stuff and was very informative to our many questions. Fixed our air conditioner on the spot and even answered some of our neighbors questions! Our conditioner is 20 years old, we'll be calling River City for the new one when we need it.

This team is the best! From the salesman who came out, assessed my homes needs, and helped me choose the best product for my situation; the great team of professional installers who worked in cold, wet conditions to get things installed before winter hit; through the office staff and technicians who were there to answer my questions before and after the purchase--totally professional! totally responsive communicators! totally high quality/good value for my money. But I'm afraid the mini split is such a good one that it'll be many years before I have need to call on them again.
