We loved Tidy Keepers and have used them for over a year. They were great with our dogs, used wonderful products and had great communication. However, over the past 6 months things changed. They switched to a different cleaning solution which didn't work as well and didn't smell as good. They also had high turn over. This wouldn't be a problem if they had done a good job, but we would find really weird things when we came home (the lid to our bathroom fan shatter in the bathtub, our bed covered in dust bunnies, two pillow cases removed and put in a different room, etc) with no explanation.
