One of Doug’s guys are leaving my house as I type this. He was a A+ employee! As a business owner this is something I always look for. He clean everything he was supposed to and I asked him to do a couple additional items he shot me price for the additional which was very fair and he did it with no complaints.
Here’s my timeline.

Everything about my experience with Doug's Chem-Dry was awesome. They explained everything so well, and described what they would do to remove pet stains (even really old ones!) and even managed to remove a sticky adhesive carpet tape I used to tape a runner down onto carpet (oops). I am SO impressed. We've had our carpets cleaned by a different company before and they did not look like this. I had no idea they could look brand new again. I am SO happy! Also, unlike previous experiences, the carpets are only slightly wet, dry within 2 hours or so, AND you can walk on them while they're still damp

I recently purchased a vintage rug from a local resale store. It was in need of a good cleaning.

We would like to commend Doug’s Chem-Dry on the amazing response we recently received when faced with near disaster following our daughter’s wedding. Upon the completion of the wedding the Priest brought to our attention that the candles used during the service had dripped wax on the carpeting around the alter. Not just a few drops, a lot of wax. A quick return call from Doug ensured us that in the very small time frame allowed before evening mass, that he would be there to clean up the mess. Doug has been to our home to clean our carpet more than once. I love the Chem Dry system as it uses so much less water. He was even able to remove red paint from our dining room carpet - something I was sure could not be done. Courteous, trustworthy, professional and always quality work. I highly recommend Doug and his crew!
