Colonial plumbing always answers the phone and is very professional and responsive. The scald guard turned out to be set wrong, and they came out to fix it right away without extra charge.

We called Colonial Capital because we thought we had a leaking pipe somewhere. They came out and diagnosed the problem and it was determined that the toilet was just leaking - it was such an easy fix Larry didn't even charge us! Something we thought was going to cost us a lot of money cost nothing. I am relieved we called Colonial Capital and will use them for all future issues as they are reliable and honest.

If you are looking for an honest plumber, keep looking. My fiancé and I just purchased an older home in New Bern. The AC worked well and was noted as being in good working order during our home inspection. The previous owners put in a new septic system prior to closing. The AC stopped working as soon as the new septic system was installed. We took… possession of the house, and called an AC company to come look at the system to see what the problem was. Some pipes were broken, and the water valve under the house was turned off. These pipes were broken when this company was excavating

They broke the pipes that run my ac when replacing my septic tank. They will not take responsibility, but they offered to fix it and bill me $800-$900. Would not recommend.
