We have used Pipeworks since we moved to New Bern five years ago. They are always prompt and very knowledgeable in attending to our problems. This last service call was more extensive than expected. However, they completed the job and cleaned up the area in a very professional manner - even though it was after quitting time. The office personal are courteous and called to keep us notified of their arrival.i would highly recommend this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It’s a complete scam. The owner came to my house unannounced trying to get more money from a job that was paid in full from months ago!! which I have the proof of payment for. Then the owner proceeds to Harass my family and I and threaten us over the phone. I can not tell you enough times, stay away from this company.
