Seaton Heating and Air has helped me several times when I had a HVAC emergency (being in the south without AC during summer is an emergency 😝). My Heating went out in the night on a Tuesday night. It dropped below freezing and I called Seaton in the morning after doing some online checking. I also have a mini-split that was not working. They got the mini-split working and learned I had voltage issues. My electrical line was replaced by the electric co. And that problem was solved. So glad they caught that before all my electrical appliances were ruined. So my main unit that went out was old old OLD. So it had to be replaced. I work for a property management company and Seaton Heat N Air handles most of our no heat or no air work orders we receive and the level of quality and professionalism they show is through the roof! I can not say enough good things about this company and its employees! Jessica and Brittany are such a joy to talk to when you call in a work order. The techs are good about leaving notes and are always willing to answer questions about jobs. They are extremely quick to respond and I highly recommend them for all of your heat and air needs.

Of course your AC/Heating unit will always go out 5:05 pm on a Friday the holiday weekend and our did and Seaton Heat and Air was there to work on the problem. So grateful for Seaton. The customer service with this company is top of the line. The young man that came out to work on the unit was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what it took to repair it, very professional. Office staff was just as great. Great customer service, professional and there after hour is what this company is all about. Will call on them again.

If I could give them zero stars I would! They installed a Trane AC in my home and we had problems from the very beginning. They came out a few times but were never able to fix the problem, and at one point even sent us a bill for a service call (while the system was still under warranty) saying we just needed to change the filter--which was not the issue and didn't fix the problem. We tried numerous times to give them an opportunity to make things right, but Chris Seaton himself stopped returning our calls/texts/emails. By far, this has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced
