I had Mr.Donald come to clean and tune up our Large AC unit before the 90 degree temps begin and he did an awesome job! I'm a renter and my landlord put in a new unit 4-5 years ago but it's never been cleaned or serviced. I would rather pay a nominal fee for peace of mind than it not function at full capacity during August temps. He was so kind, professional, respectful, and thorough. I highly recommend him for any job!

I called this morning and they were out very timely. They took their time and took off all the covers and washed out
The unit (it was nasty), changed the filters, clean out the drain and added a little Freon and charged me a very fair amount for their service. They were very friendly, polite and professional. Everything a service company should be.

My central air conditioning quit working, so I found this business in the yellow pages. He came within 2 hours. He replaced a transformer, but then my unit had a short. He had to climb up in a tiny attic,among other things and he spent hours trying to find it. He discovered that I needed a new board. It had to be ordered. He was back first thing the next morning with the part. He also had to replace a coil. In two days, he spent well over 7 hours working on my unit because every time he got something fixed, something else went wrong. ( My unit is OLD!). I assumed I would not be able to afford the
